Simple terms for a simple tool.
Use All4One for lawful files and sensible workloads. The service is provided as-is and may change as the conversion engine evolves.
Credits and pricing
Your first supported conversion is free. After that, conversions cost CA$1 per conversion credit. Credits are prepaid and are recorded against an anonymous All4One account. Larger purchases may include the purchase bonus shown at checkout.
Failed conversions
For paid client-side conversions, a credit is reserved before conversion starts. If the conversion fails, A4O automatically restores the reserved credit. Reservations that expire without completion are also restored.
Recovery codes
Recovery codes are bearer credentials. Keep them private. Anyone who obtains an unused recovery code may claim access to the associated anonymous credit balance. Each recovery code can be claimed once.
Acceptable use
Do not use All4One to process unlawful material, attack the service, evade payment controls, or deliberately abuse resource limits. A4O may restrict abusive traffic or disable features when necessary to protect the service.
Conversion results
Conversion fidelity depends on the source file and route. A4O only advertises routes its current client-side engine can perform, but no converter can guarantee perfect preservation of every semantic or formatting detail.
Payments and support
Stripe processes payments. If you encounter a failed conversion or billing issue, use the contact form and provide enough information for the issue to be investigated.
